02 10 2016 Harvest Festival and Lunch

Sunday, 2nd October
Church (and lunch at the Church Institute)
from 11.00am

We invite you to join us in celebrating the Season of Harvest at our Harvest Festival Service in Saint James Church, at 11.00am, on the first Sunday in October.
This will be followed by our Harvest Lunch in Bratton Church Institute at 12.30pm.

Transport will be available both to the Church and the Church Institute, and home again, if required. Please contact Gill Humphrey t: 830149 to arrange this.

15 10 2016 “IN THE MOOD” (In Memory of Susan Wieck)

Saturday, October 15th
Church Institute
from 3-5pm

There will be an afternoon of light-hearted music and cream teas from 3-5pm. Members of the choir started by Susan will be joined by Rachel and Robert Wieck and by Debby Bailey on the piano for favourite songs from the 20s, 30s and 40s, plus a few traditional melodies for good measure.

No entry fee, but donations will be in aid of St James Church.

Do come – it will be great fun!
